CLARITY OF HEART AND MIND

Begin by starting a conversation with yourself so you can take charge of your life.

Who are you? Where do you want to go? What is most important to you? 

Do your desires correspond with the values ​​you're committed to??

If you continue with your specific way of living, where will you end up?? 

What needs to change in order for you to feel better?

If honest with yourself, you'll always find room for self improvement. 

Do you find yourself being triggered by what others do or say?

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why?

Perhaps it's because you do not know yourself well enough or maybe it's because you've gotten used to acting much like a robot, rather than being aware of your thoughts and feelings. 

What would happen if you saw your triggers as a golden opportunity to discover more about yourself ??

Instead of becoming angry, hurt and resentful, because someone "made" you feel unloved or not good enough, take responsibility for your emotional world.

Bottom line, no one has the power to make you feel anything, unless you are in agreement with what they say or do. 

If you desire to have more control of yourself, in order to not be subjected to other people's moods or state of being, you must know yourself better.

Practice clarity of thought - you'll be able to establish a healthier and a deeper relationship with yourself.

Here's an exercise you can do in order to connect with yourself;

Be present - Place your right hand on your chest, and breathe deeply from your heart. It is the healthiest way to support yourself.

As you're breathing deeply and slowly, ask yourself: Am I being triggered right now? How do I feel? What am I afraid of?

The more questions you ask, the more clarity you'll gain; you will also be able to achieve the results you want quicker and more efficiently than ever before.
