A MESSAGE OF LOVE

We all feel frustrated at times when things do not go as we anticipate or expect.

We become especially disheartened when we wish for someone who's close to us to behave in a certain way.

The problem is that we do not often express what we specifically want to experience.

We go on living life believing that the other person knows what to do, but chooses not to do it.

That of course leads to nothing but trouble - a continuing cycle of suffering.

Instead of wishing for things to happen while remaining angry or flustered, why not take the reins into your hands and actually DO something that will bring you closer to your desired outcome?

Here are some suggestions:

1) Write a note - elaborate and explain how you feel. You don't have to be a novelist just write your message of love. It will make anyone feel special.

2) Be present - when you are speaking with someone, be with them: don't think about what you need to do next or keep glancing at your phone as if it's more important than the conversation you're having right now.

3) Listen actively - notice not just the words that are being said. There's a lot more going on than that. Search for what is actually trying to be communicated to you.

4) Speak from your
heart - express what you want to say clearly: Say, "I feel that ...  "

5) Finally, Just Be Yourself!
Apologize if you unintentionally hurt someone, but don't make excuses for WHO you are.

Life is short; Don't wait to be happy, create your own moments of happiness now.

Give yourself a timeline; invest your maximum effort in order to achieve your goals. When you do your very best it will become a habit.

Say what you mean, mean what you say.

Do what you love, and you'll love what you do.

Thank you for taking the time to read 💕

NOSTALGIC MEMORIES

One of my old time friend posted a photo of us at our younger, so called "better" years ...

When I first saw the picture, I was overcome by a pleasant feel good wave; The sweetness taste of nostalgic memories.

I looked at myself, the innocent me, oh my Goodness!! I look so much younger!!

It made me start to think about me, the younger Estee, beyond the physical appearance.

What kind of a person was I then?? How am I different now?

And then it hit me! Yes, I have definitely aged, my face is not as plump and youthful, my body is not as toned, but so what?

What does that mean??
That my stock went down? Perhaps that I'm less than in any way?

I don't think so!!

I ask all you women and men, those of you who for some reason do not feel comfortable with the idea of "aging gracefully" to consider this:

What's a few more wrinkles in comparison to the wealth of experiences and knowledge we've gained over the years?

Doesn't that go far beyond what we happen to look like??

Besides, there is something special about aging ... An inner beauty emerges, one that can never equal any external beauty, no matter how stunning it may be!

WHY BEING SELFISH IS BAD

An egotistically driven person, has a limited line of connection/relationship with the Creator. Why? Because egoism is the antithesis of how things work in nature.

The Creator, the Source, which is where everything comes from, is constantly giving infinite love; Bounty never stops.

All that one needs is to look around and see how millions of creatures are effortlessly being supplied with all they need.

Egoism prevents a person from connecting to his very soul. He does not see himself as part of the whole; He is mainly nourished by the illusion that he is separated from it.

One should recognize and be grateful for what he/she already has.

An egoistical person lives mostly in fear; "They will take from me, they will not love and appreciate me, I'm not pretty, smart or successful enough."

Once we realize that all we need is being provided for us unconditionally, we can free up more time to do good for others; Influence them for the better.

This is the only way that can bring a person to perfection; Stay away from egoism and learn to embrace altruism.

A person who is always worried about how he will "eat today", is focused on the desire to take care of himself only.

However, we need not have any concerns, because, what one is destined to be provided for by Heaven, he will receive.

Why not do the best we can, without any expectations.

As we create a bigger wave of sharing and connecting, loving and giving, it will be easier for us to overcome all evil in the world. Banish the darkness, and invite the Light to take its place.

THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIVES

Before we can make a difference in our lives, firstly, we must know who we want to become; We then must gain a better understanding of what is stopping us from being that person now.

If we do not know exactly what the challenge is we are facing, and what we must do in order to overcome it, how will we be able to achieve what we want?

Until we muster up the courage to be honest with ourselves, we won't be able to discover what it is that we really want; a successful career, a family, or anything else.

We must do our best to "quiet down the internal noise", in order to be connected to our true essence - the pure soul underneath all the "layers" we have accumulated over the years.

We are not here to live a mediocre life, we came here to be magical creatures.

We are all part of something huge, infinite, far beyond our own existence.

We came here to love, share, contribute and build our lives piece by piece - creating something out of nothing.

We must never give up, even if we were wrong, have failed or were guilty of transgressions. We're only human, and it is all a normal part of our growth.

We must learn to forgive ourselves and others, and always allow ourselves the benefit of the doubt, to be able to start all over again.

If we truly understand the purpose of our existence, connecting to the ability to create miracles, and the power to work wonders, will be effortless.

We are far beyond our experiences, good or bad. They are merely the milestones on our way to transcendence.

We must remind ourselves of our innate ability to reinvent ourselves. With the right awareness this power is always readily available to us.

All we need to do is to create a vision, a vision of our own story of success.

Life Is Not A Dress Rehearsal

What are the desires burning within your heart? What excites you? What ignites your passion to take action?

Day becomes night and night becomes day, time does not stand still, there is no delay.

This is your time to experience, it is your time to feel and touch it all, so what are you waiting for?

The universe accepts you with open arms, there is nothing to fear only to discover and feel.

You are safe and protected, go on your way, certain that you will succeed.

Remember and learn, who you are and what you want to achieve.

Everything is already within you, all the knowledge you need, there is no doubt you will surely succeed.

In our world residing together are joy and sorrow, but as long as you allow your love to lead you, there is always tomorrow.

This is your time to break boundaries, discover who you are.

God has paved the path in front of you, it is written in the stars.

Life is not a dress rehearsal.. Each day is the real show!

No retakes. No rewinding..

So give it the best performance in all of your roles.

SHANA TOVA 2015

Wishing everyone a sweet new year, a year of happiness and health, a year of prosperity and success, a new year of security and relaxation, a year of peace and tranquility.

May we have a year of positive change, a year full of joy and excitement in all that we do.

May we have the sense to focus on what's important to us and let go of what is no longer beneficial, may we have the ability to move forward in life more emboldened and confident.

May we live together in unity, cooperation and mutual respect.

May this year bring upon us the recognition of the value of love, may we have the sense and strength to give it wholeheartedly and unconditionally.

May we be full of excitement in anticipation to experience life from a place of curiosity and wonder.

May we be less serious and more playful and mischievous.

May we release bottled up negative feelings and be free to love, because that's what makes us feel whole, happiest, and content.

PLEASED TO MEET YOU

Hi,

Pleased to meet you :)

I would like for us to get to know each other a little better.

So I decided to introduce myself properly.

My name is Estee Levinson,

I was born in Israel, but have spent the majority of my life in the United States; Florida to be more specific.

I am blessed to have a loving, kind and wonderful man in my life, two amazing grown children, and one handsome 5 year old grandson :)

I’m a writer, relationship educator, personal empowerment facilitator, and an energy healer.

Elevating people's spirits is my passion and mission in life.

I feel honored and blessed to be given the opportunity to guide others to be more connected with their inner power and personal greatness.

My mission in life is to teach effective communication, and increase understanding in order to preserve the integrity of the family unit to function together as one without compromising the individual's identity; Allowing a smooth transition when realizing it's better to move on.

Everyday and in every way I do my best in order to raise awareness and help create harmonious, positive flow in the universe.

I would love it if you can also share something about yourself.

What is your mission in life?

What makes you get out of bed in the morning?

WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE TODAY

Imagine a situation were you come home from work, and just as you walk in the door you hear your husband's angry voice yelling at someone on the phone.

You can feel the intense energy around you, but you do not let it affect you.

Instead of becoming anxious you feel completely relaxed.

You know his anger is not directed toward you, you realize that his current state of mind has nothing to do with you, so you decide to go about your way from a place of inner peace.

You're clear-minded, doing your best to listen and understand what all the commotion is about.

You choose your response in a constructive manner and from a place of self control.

The result: You remain powerful and safe - how does that sound to you?

Wouldn't you want to be in charge of your own emotions?

Unfortunately, in our younger years, many of us, have witnessed situations where people around us have easily lost control and behaved in an irresponsible manner.

These incidents can adversely affect us and cause us to make choices/determinations/rules, that we may end up carrying with us for the rest of our lives.

Once these memories  are embeds in our minds, especially if they tend to reoccur, they may become a part of who we are.

Awareness brings the understanding that we have a choice.

We do not have to relive our past experiences. We do not have to let them take over our minds and cause us to act automatically just because they seem familiar to us.

Once we realize that our emotional world determines the quality of our lives, we're able to make the right choices for ourselves.

We can decide not to carry our past "on our backs", realizing that we are not our parent or uncle ...

This acknowledgement can only be reached once we realize who we want to be.

We can stop feeling like a "victim of circumstance" and instead of succumbing to reaction, we can face our challenges from a proactive stand point.

Anger and frustration can never be the right solution.

Developing compassion  and a clear understanding of the situations at hand will promote peace and calm.

Imagine how you would feel if you approached any potential explosive situation from a place of safety.

Think about how proud and powerful you will feel knowing that you're in control, that you're the only one who governs your mind and body.

You're a lot more powerful than you think you are!

ALL WE NEED IS LOVE

What do we really want?

All I want is to love.
To experience the feeling of being loved; the immense joy of giving unconditional love.

Love gives us a sense of comfort; We can breathe better, feeling more secure, similar to cuddling in a soft sofa.

When I feel loved, I find it easier to love, it feels more natural to me ... It appears as if everything else becomes lighter somehow.

That's the feeling of love.
Nothing can possibly be compared to this wondrous feeling.

When we feel loved and treated with care, we feel valued, we feel important; Like we make a difference in the lives of others.

We feel a growing sense of confidence and assurance; We're more vibrant and full of life.

When we are in the vibration of love, we're most powerful, we have a heightened awareness; Knowing how to choose what's best for us, but never forgetting the well-being of others.

Love gives us a feeling like no other; A fertile soil in which we're able to plant the seeds of our vision; Creating more happiness in our lives and everyone around us.

No matter what happens along the way, love always wins. It's the basis of everything.

Thanks to the power of love, we can always rise above and beyond.

Overcome troubling emotions such as fear, and anger, and make room for love in your heart by simply connecting to the energy of love within yourself.

Create meaningful relationships by developing compassion and forgiveness.

Forgive those who have hurt you; Let go of the past and move forward to a brighter future.

Communicate your emotions truthfully; Find your own peace, joy, and creative power.

Transform your life for the better while making the world a more peaceful place.

PROBLEMS CANNOT BE SOLVED BY THE MINDS THAT CREATED THEM

Here's an exercise to help you make an effective change rather than hoping for things to be different.

Take a sheet of paper and a pen and draw two circles apart from each other. One on top, and the other on bottom half of the paper.

On the top circle, write your present obstacles; Things that are currently limiting you from getting what you desire. ( procrastination, fear, self doubt, poor self image, etc)

On the bottom circle list all the things you want; Things you desire in your life (better relationships with your mate, make more money, increase self confidence, etc) be specific.

Now you have two circles in front of you. Take a good look at them: these two circles are not related to each other. They are two completely separate entities; Two very different "movies" or sceneries we all tend to spend time thinking about.

The mistake we make is thinking that hanging in circle one will get us to circle two... Unfortunately, it DOESNT!!

We look at circle one, our challenges or difficult situations, and see the areas of our lives we need to work on or improve, for example; "I need to work on having a better relationship with my husband".

The mistake we make, is thinking that when we look at the problems in our lives, we're trying to improve them.

The question is, what do you focus on when trying to improve your life, where is your attention?

On circle one right?

Keeping your focus on circle one will never get you to circle two - what you really want!

As long as you stay there nothing will change!

As Albert Einstein said,
"Problems cannot be solved with the same mind set that created them."

We need to move into a higher level of consciousness; To become more aware of where we are spending or directing our energy towards.

Today, instead of thinking about how to cope, create something new, something you did not have before.

PAIN IS FEAR

We experience fear when we expect a potential pain.

Fear causes us to focus only on the painful aspects of our lives.

It is as if we are being haunted by our pain, while completely disregarding all the goodness in our lives.

If I'm experiencing fear, invariably, it is because I'm relying on the memory of an old pain or the pain in someone else's past.

Misunderstanding, ignorance and our inability to cope, creates fear.

Furthermore, a lack of awareness leads us to examine events and conditions in our reality in a partial or distorted way.

When we're connected to the Light of Creation, to the infinite, we can establish and gain trust.

However, this spiritual power requires recognition, readiness and preparedness.

A strong connection to God, Creation, brings about the knowledge that fear can lead to a disconnect.

This is what gives us the strength to rise above the fear, and the readiness to deal with it.
