SELF WORTH IS VITAL TO YOUR HAPPINESS

How's your self worth doing these days? 

Are you not giving yourself enough positive reinforcement because you're too busy searching for your faults? 

Perhaps you need to cultivate the relationship you have with yourself. 

If you want to be functioning at your best, at optimum level, you'll need to do a little "house cleaning."

Discard anything that isn't contributing to your growth and continued evolvement into a better friend, spouse, sibling, human being - a better version of yourself. 

Talk to yourself, understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. 

You deserve to invest this time to love and care for yourself.

8 - Celebrate your successes; Reward yourself for your accomplishments.  

9 - Speak up for yourself; Don't be afraid to stand up for what's important to you.
