If you believe in fate, do you think you can change yours?
"If you save one life, it's as if you have saved the entire world".
When one puts effort and goes beyond their ability in order to help someone else, they enable themselves to "step up" and change their fate - "Charity saves from death”.
Conversely, when one causes harm to another it is as though he shed his blood.
And the one who saves one's indignity; it's as if he saved his life.
When you're faced with the occasional opportunity to help someone, you don't even realize, but, you're actually helping yourself.
If this insight makes you want to help others, you can create a chain reaction far beyond what you can come up with in your imagination.
The more you enrich others the richer you become.
