Prayer is anything that you want it to be for YOU.
Prayer for me is a way to disconnect from the outside world, and reconnect inwardly, where the true me resides.
This part of me, this true me, is a higher consciousness aspect of me.
It's inside me - it is the part of me that belongs to the collective consciousness of the universe.
It is God and EVERYTHING else.
We are always connected to God and everything around us - energetically speaking - although we don't always feel it ...
Prayer reconnects us. We don't do anybody a favor, including God, by praying.
We are being good to ourselves.
And when we are good to ourselves, we are also good to everyone around us ~
