MEN AND WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER

Today is the International Women's Day. It is a day women all across the globe celebrate their achievements in both past and present. 

Women's Day honors and celebrates great contribution and success. 

To me, women's day serves as a reminder of all that can still be accomplished. Not necessarily separately from men, but rather together with them. 

Think about what this world would be like if we only believed in our ability to be all that we can be together as one... 

We need not look for what sets us apart or makes us different from the "male world", but rather rejoice and put an emphasis on our commonalities. 

Although I may cause some to "raise their eyebrows" in contempt, I do not feel women need to strive for equality. 

I do however feel we need to search for more ways we can work jointly with our men partners; collaborate more, bring our strengths, attentiveness, intuition, sensitivity, emotional intelligence, etc, to the table.

Teach each other, promote one another in order to create a better world for us to live in more harmoniously.

We need to forget about "men" and "women" titles that only end up creating a sense of separation and competition, and instead focus our attention on consolidation and cooperation. 

We need to rearrange our agendas and create an international day that celebrates male and female energies working together in unison.  

We need to invest in tomorrow's world, we need to invest in renewed energy that will benefit us all.
