It makes no difference how many mistakes you have made or how many times you've failed, as long as you are alive and breathing you can still have a chance to change and bring  yourself to a higher level of living. 

Take advantage of everyday and each opportunity that presents itself, in order to better yourself in some way. 

There's always room for improvement. You can find more ways to be loving, forgiving, accepting and kinder to yourself and others. 

You can cause a total paradigm shift, once you learn how to transform (negative energy) anger and resentment toward yourself and  others, into compassion and understanding. 

The most effective way to do that is by letting go of pain from the past. It is the only way to enable yourself to create more favorable experiences in the future. 

You cannot create newness as long as you hang on to what you have now.
