It's not about the fear, it's in the way we interpret it.
People fear making mistakes or doing things wrong, right?
Have you experienced this thing you are fearful of?
If so, why are you afraid?
How can you fear something that you have already experienced ?
Where is the fear stemming from?
If you said you are going bungy jumping today, that would be understandable, but why have a fear on something you had done before?
Maybe your fear is coming because of the way you are thinking about it?
In order to not allow fear to paralyze us, we must walk through fear - not around it or avoid it.
Then you can begin to accept that there may be another opportunity that you may have not considered before.
Next time you feel fear about anything, ask yourself: what is the opportunity I am most excited about right now?
Once you ask this question it will take your mind on to a different track. Because when we are in a state of fear, the reality is that there is an opportunity right under our noses, that we aren't aware of.
The question itself takes us on an entirely different experience.
Suddenly you find many opportunities to be excited about - shift your focus.
