DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

Do you ask yourself enough questions, or are you happy to settle for what you already know?

Begin a conversation with yourself, become in charge of your life. 

Do you find yourself getting triggered by what others do or say?

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why?

Could it be because you don't know yourself well enough or because you are operating from a robot-like mode instead of being mindful of your thoughts and feelings?

What if you saw your triggers as an opportunity to find out more about yourself instead of becoming resentful, angry or feeling unloved?

If you want to gain control over your internal environment and not to be subjected to every gust of wind coming your way, you must get to know yourself better.

Practice clarity of mind by forming a deeper relationship with yourself.

Be present, place your hand on your heart and breath from your heart space - it is the healthiest way to support yourself.

Breath deeply and slowly and begin asking yourself questions: am I being triggered right now? what am I feeling? What am I perceiving? What am I afraid of?

The more questions you ask the more clarity you'll gain, which in turn will lead you to the best possible outcome ~
