Are you happy?
What needs to happen in order for you to be happy?
Firstly, if you keep thinking how bad you have it, how wrong you were when you did or said something; matters may only worsen and you will not be able to attain happiness!
Do not think about your mistakes and failures, instead, think about what you can do to change things.
Focus on what you can do differently, what you can do better.
Focus on what you do want, focus on what makes you feel good!
Think where you want to go, what is your goal, what is it that you wish to accomplish.
Why? Because you deserve to be happy, and it's possible!
Once you shift into a positive way of thinking, you open yourself to new possibilities - you allow the Light to come in and fill you up.
When we are engaged in pain and failure, it's a sign we are not connected to the light.
When the Light comes in, we forget everything ...
This is the difference between a life full of experiences as opposed to just merely existing; constantly feeling like a victim.
It is not what happened to you, but whether you have connected to the Light... that's what makes the difference.
Connect to the Light and see all you've been through in life as a blessing - that's what brought you to this point!
