In life there are difficult moments, which we certainly do not choose to have.
However, if we are truthful, we will realize that those instances are the precise ones that give the color and flavor to our lives.
Those are the times from which we learn, grow and derive our conclusions.
Those are the experiences that provide the salt and pepper to our existence ...
The "seasoning" that brings about variety and opportunity for change.
That's how we become different than we were yesterday and the day before.
That's how we learn, progress and become more emboldened.
With each challenging occurrence we become a little kinder to ourselves and others.
Today I choose to take charge of composing the music and dance to the sounds of life.
Let's face it, bottom line, I am the one who chooses which chords I strum.
I am the one who is responsible for the planning and production of the grand show called LIFE.
Truly, there is no time other than Now!
