Turning Anger Into An Asset
Anger is an emotional and physical response that occurs when triggered by external stimuli, manifested by sensations of pain, discomfort, threat, etc.
When we perceive in our minds wrongful behavior by others and consequently feel anger, the source reason for the irritability may be subconscious, rather than pertaining to our current situation.
The reaction to what is happening around us, depends upon our interpretation. When we are quick to respond, it is as if an invisible button is pressed and we may automatically feel the need to defend ourselves. Our behavior is a direct reflection of the choices we make.
What can you do in a moment of anger?
Stop - Do not let the pot stirring within you boil over! Granted, it's not easy, but it is achievable. The more you practice, the better you'll become at controlling yourself.
Focus - shift the focus from yourself to the person in front of you - what happened to him? I wonder why he is acting this way?
Do not take things personally; look at every situation as an opportunity to learn something about yourself.
Faith - the more self-absorbed a person is, the more anxious and impatient he'll be. The less worried about his personal affairs, (why do I deserve this, why me, etc.) having complete confidence that God is in charge, will decrease anger, fear, worry and tension.
Observing - spend time getting to know and understand yourself better. Ask yourself what is really bothering me? What triggered me?
Gratitude - see the good in everything.
Fulfillment - realize the opportunity for improvement and self-development.
Life Lessons - there are no coincidences; There is a reason for everything.
Acceptance - see pain, trouble and sorrow as a way to purify yourself from iniquities of the past (karma). This is an opportunity to transcend and embrace a spiritual and healthier outlook on life.
Expand your point of view - develop the ability to see the big picture - when triggered, ask, "What will I gain in contrast to what I could lose if I allow myself to become angry?
What is healthier, to be relaxed and calm or irritable and cranky?
Do I have to be angry? Does it help me ??
Negative emotions over a long period of time can be harmful to our health. The amount of white blood cells decrease and the immune system becomes compromised. This may result in the development of various diseases.
On the other hand, when we control negative emotions we become healthier in body and mind. We have self-control, are more loving, warm, calm, accepting and understanding.
Practical Tools For Dealing With Anger:
Pay attention to your body language - Are you frowning and looking furious?
Force yourself to smile - This will bring about a physiological change to help you overcome the internal turmoil.
When someone makes you angry, avoid eye contact. This will give you time to relax and relieve tension.
Keep a journal - Take a moment to write what you feel in order to neutralize your response. This will give you sufficient time to process and become more rational.
Choose to release anger. Choose to be free and happy.
with love

HOW DO YOU THINK?
What do you think about what you think?
Congratulations! You made the decision to make a change!
You summoned a new beginning, a transition into a future that you can design from the moments of the present.
Newness is created when releasing the outdated that is no longer needed.
The key lies in awareness; taking responsibility, achieving a higher level of mental maturity and understanding. Most importantly, the ability and the desire to do things differently with the understanding that there is always room for improvement and that you deserve the very best.
It all starts with your thinking - how you think about what you think.
Are you busy with complaints or Thanksgiving?
Are you aware of the possibility that there is a wider dimension of reality, that you may not be aware of its existence?
Is what you see with your eyes is all there is to reality? Why all the questions and search for answers? Why spend all this effort? Why change?
We are not here to relive yesterday. Or "rest on our laurels." We are here to build and create!
You are ready and able. You've come a long way, and you've already learned a thing or two about life.
You have a deep desire to change, so you can get closer to your destiny, to give expression to your deeper self and in order to live your truth.
This is the only way to gain freedom and be the person you want to be.
Forget the past, release yourself from "bitterness", and instead adopt the valuable lessons to heart.
No good is produced from dwelling in past pain; it belong to the past. Leave behind all your doubts and concerns.
Believe that you are a miraculous being, capable of realizing any dream that begins as a thought.
Accept the fact that the existence of what you want and aspire to have, is interwoven with giving and acts of kindness.
Be there for others, give from yourself wholeheartedly and unconditionally, focus on doing good, right and true, and your world will change for the better, as if by miracle... But actually it's all up to you and the way in which you think and see reality.

THE JOY OF WRITING
I enjoy writing, it's magical for me. It allows me to vent and release. Sometimes, towards the end of a creative process, I become so filled with excitement, like a little girl ... funny.
All kinds of thoughts, words, symbols, shapes, and images come to mind, roaming around on their own.
And so ... as a curious writer, I collect them and use them to express myself: I add dimensions words, exclamation points, periods, etc, and finally breath life into concepts and ideas.
Every story has its own unique energy - a magical world unto itself.
Sometimes I wonder maybe this is channeling? Perhaps messages are being transferred to me from higher worlds, or maybe they come from the depths of my heart and mind ...
When I write, I feel I am increasing awareness and unconditional love within me, and then I pass it on to the world around me.
My goal is to be liberated, feel secure, have faith within and minimize my fears while maximizing my ability to share my love.
Writing enables me to reach out to people and help them to live happier and healthier lives.
It is important that we are honest with ourselves before we can
achieve peace and tranquility within and with the world around us.
There will be no global peace as long as there is no peace within ...

SOAK UP THE MOMENT
When You Soak Up the Moment, Your Purpose Becomes Clearer.
As we live in the present, as we evoke the feeling of living the moment within us, our purpose becomes clearer.
We are so immersed in the details of life - where I am going to eat, what am I going to wear, who am I going to meet - we forget to ask bigger questions.
Constantly checking how our actions in the moment are associated with our bigger purpose in life is the approach of the spiritual person.

HOW TO CREATE SUCCESS
"Success is not to be measured by how much material wealth is possessed, but whether you are able to create at will what you need” ~
Paramahansa Yogananda
Invariably, when we think of success, we do not automatically see ourselves feeling something, or having a certain mental attitude.
Why is that? Because we were taught success means to achieve, to acquire, to strive, to get, to conquer...
Typically, we think about physical things - stuff we want to have, or a status we would like to acquire, etc.
What if success became much more than a result we hope to have when achieving a task or a goal?
What if we see success in creating a sense of joy within - to experience as many moments of happiness as best we can?
Think about it for a moment; when your heart is filled with happiness, does anything else matter?
I think not. Success begins and ends in our thought process, in our mind - how we subjectively perceive it to be.
Upon waking up in the morning, choose to remind yourself that you are here because you need to be here - there's a particular mission that only you can fulfill.
Be grateful for the opportunity, and begin taking action - think of yourself as a factory whose main purpose of existence is to manufacture moments of joy - that is your goal.
Okay. Now what?
With your thoughts and everything you say or do, go after happiness, with all you've got.
After all, it was the thought of creation.
Results do not just appear: Action must be taken within a specified period of time or within a specified parameter - you have the tools, you have life - starting now, begin with a smile :)
